Account Manager - Mudd Advertising

Position: Fulltime

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

  • Manage the client experience after sale is complete
    1. Successfully onboard new clients according to defined process and timeline
    2. Closely manage and nurture accounts to create sustained relationships with their stakeholders
    3. Ensure client is aware and educated on the services they are receiving and that they are using all appropriate services
    4. Clearly capture client feedback and ensure it is conveyed internally
  • Ensure account is using maximum services offered by Mudd to meet their dealership goals
    1. Work closely with Integrated Communications Manager to manage upsell opportunities
    2. Act as a client advocate in driving industry best practices and position Mudd Advertising’s services as a key driver to their success
    3. Actively ollect and communicate performance results from the dealership and from their campaigns to stakeholders
  • Support entire account team in planning, executing and performance reporting.
    1. Enter contracts/quotes and facilitate job creation
    2. Drive ongoing client communication regarding current and future campaign performance
    3. Prepare materials for regular account meetings to take place in person or via phone
    4. Monitor work for deadlines and accuracy to ensure maximum campaign performance

Digital Intern - Mudd Advertising

Position: Internship
Location: Cedar Falls, IA

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

The purpose of a Digital Intern is to assist the Digital Department as they strategize and execute digital services on behalf of our clients. Mudd Advertising’s tag line is “We Love it When You Succeed.” In this position, “success” is lending a hand to all functions of the digital department. This is an un-paid internship with flexible hours.

  • Assist digital team members with preparing client reports.
  • Research markets and target demographics for new and existing clients.
  • Participate in client and strategy meetings alongside Digital Strategists.
  • Filing and other clerical work as needed.
  • Assist Search Engine Marketing team in building campaigns and monitoring success.
  • Help Search Engine Optimization team to write content, edit sites and track opportunities.
  • Prepare and post content on Mudd Advertising’s social media outlets.

Digital Department Manager - Mudd Advertising

Position: Fulltime
Location: Cedar Falls, IA

A person in this position is responsible for leading, managing and developing the digital team members.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead SEO, SEM and Digital Strategist teams; coordinate workflow and responsibilities
  • Ensure team completes work to appropriate standards and deadlines
  • Provide training and digital product overviews for sales and support teams
  • Provide thought leadership and direction to Digital Strategists
  • Disseminate information and apply new learnings appropriately throughout the Digital Teams.
  • Lead integrated digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Identify internal KPIs and manage teams to those metrics.
  • Work with sales managers to identify new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain key performance metric reports that track performance and efficiency of marketing efforts
  • Lead the development of sophisticated digital strategies addressing the objectives and KPIs of our clients.
  • Report performance of all digital marketing campaigns 
  • Identify market needs within our chosen verticals and develop actionable and marketable digital solutions.
  • Use analytical skills to understand product economics and optimize fulfillment activities.
  • Monitor digital trends and developments to keep Mudd Advertising at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Be an expert at SEO/SEM, paid social and mobile growth strategies and confidently manage & optimize all execution tools

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Experience leading and managing SEO and SEM
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (Google analytics)
  • Experience with Adword campaigns
  • Experience managing online/digital marketing and social campaigns, as well as digital content and web development
